design on a Web-based knowledge delivery tool designed for trainers

led organizational development initiatives as Process Engineering and
Quality Assurance Manager for E-TRADE Access. Then, serving as Director,
Product Quality & Customer Services for Cenquest - an on-line masters
education program for engineers, he designed processes to improve customer
satisfaction and reduce costs. His insights and contributions as Education
& Training Manager of Employee Development for Fred Meyer (Kroger)
resulted in a streamlined management training program and an integrated
approach to utilizing Computer-based-training.
