Pettit is the co-author of a new book from John Wiley & Sons, Publishers,
entitled: Market Research in the Internet Age: Leveraging the
Internet for Market Measurement and Consumer Insight (with Robert
Monster). This is the first book to establish the conceptual framework
for integrating market research techniques, processes, and methods with
CRM analytics and enabling technology solutions
...Ray received his doctoral degree
from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been a Market
Research Executive and Consultant for a number of US and European firms,
and a Statistical, Data Mining, and Market Research Training Consultant
for SPSS, Inc. since 1998.
...Currently, Ray balances a footprint
in business, as President of ERP Associates (a New York-based Consultancy)
- and in academia, as an adjunct professor in the MBA and PhD programs
at the School of Management of the New Jersey Institute of Technology
in Newark, NJ.
