Ron Sarazin

...Ron Sarazin is a founder and principal of Loyalty Path Associates, LLC and President of Olympic Performance, Inc. He has over 25 years experience in the quality, customer service, and corporate performance improvement fields. He has held various management and officer positions with the Aluminum Company of America, PACCAR (owner of Peterbilt and Kenworth Class 8 truck manufacturing companies), Portland General Electric, and Mutual Health Systems, Inc. In 1991, he launched Olympic Performance, Inc. and in 2000 he co-founded Loyalty Path Associates, LLC. As a consultant, he has completed engagements for a wide variety of clients in manufacturing and production, government, and service.
...Ron authored two computer programs marketed nationally: Fixed Asset Depreciation and M105D. He created a 360-degree leadership assessment instrument titled Management 2000 and authored a training module titled Managing Customer Expectations, incorporated in the Partners for Quality standardized curriculum sold worldwide. He developed a certificate seminar series titled Creating Customer-Centered Organizational Excellence and a credit course titled The Management Process, plus other several other courses delivered through Portland State University. He has written and delivered training and consulting programs on many topics, including customer loyalty, customer service, customer relationship management, quality, project management, creative problem solving, change, leadership, process improvement, yield improvement, and strategic planning.
...An experienced facilitator, Ron has worked with public and private groups on a wide variety of issues. He is also an experienced keynote presenter, most recently presenting to over 500 franchisees of the Papa Murphy’s company on the subject of Customer Loyalty.
...Ron has been a senior examiner and editor for the Oregon Quality Award and master trainer for Partners for Quality. He has successfully been examined as an ISO 9000 lead auditor by the Governing Board of the National Registration Scheme for Assessors of Quality Systems (also known as the IQA) in the United Kingdom.
...Ron graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University (OSU) and has completed advanced training at the University of Idaho and Stanford University.
